***NOTICE OF IMPACT FEE REVISION***
Hernando County Ordinance 2011-20 revised
the County's impact fee ordinance as follows:
1. Suspension of impact fees on ALL building permits issued between November 23, 2011, and November 15, 2012.
2. Non-residential buildings over five (5) years old are no      
longer subject to impact fees.

EVERY BODY LOVES A PARADE, they say.  This weekend marked the beginning of the annual "Citrus/Hernando County Parade of Homes"  and this event started off with Sales Sales Sales... Friday Saturday and Sunday.  Needless to say a great success.
